David is an experienced human resources director having worked within the financial services, private equity, airline, facilities management and retail sectors.
He has managed the people implications of a number of mergers and acquisitions - integrating large, diverse and geographically disbursed teams. Additionally, he has headed various outsourcing arrangements along with supporting businesses through the sale process.
Throughout his career David has led numerous transformational change projects including the implementation of new technology-based systems. He has extensive experience in recruiting and developing teams, reward management and building strong operational people frameworks.
David has a master’s degree in employment law from Kingston University Business School along with a post graduate qualification in human resources management.
