Board director, Rob Devey, brings extensive life insurance knowledge and operating experience and a stellar track record in public and private companies.

Rob was previously an executive director of Prudential plc, CEO of Prudential UK and Europe, and CEO of Towry.

His earlier career included senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group, where he held a number of senior leadership roles across insurance and retail banking, and The Boston Consulting Group.

As an advisory partner of Blenheim Chalcot, he is actively involved in a number of fast-growing technology-driven businesses. He currently serves as chair of Modulr Finance and Avado Learning and a non-executive director of the Octopus Group and Urban Jungle Insurance.

Rob is a trustee of Age International and is a founder patron and board member of West Youth Zone in Hammersmith and Fulham, part of the OnSide Youth Zones national network. He was previously a trustee of the Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales and chair of the London advisory board of Business In The Community.

He started his career in building design with Ove Arup following completion of his Engineering degree at Emmanuel College, Cambridge.
