Warren is the Chief Executive Officer for North America. Warren is responsible for the growth of Resolution Life in North America and oversees management of Resolution Life’s insurance carriers in the region.

He has held numerous senior management roles since joining Resolution in 2013, and was responsible for the creation and growth of Resolution Re, our global Reinsurance business in Bermuda, and Resolution Life Australasia (now Acenda) through the acquisition of AMP Life in Australia, capital raising and strategic partnerships.

Previously, Warren was an attorney in the Global Insurance and M&A practices for Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York and London.

Warren is licensed as a solicitor in England and Wales and graduated with an honours degree in Law from St. John’s College, University of Oxford. He is a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
