Anna Sharkey | Resolution Life

Anna Sharkey joined Resolution Life in September of 2026 as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she plays a key part in strengthening the talent, leadership, and organisational capabilities needed to deliver Resolution Life’s strategy and purpose — helping our people grow and perform so they can partner to protect financial futures.

She brings more than 25 years of HR and leadership experience with a focus on talent acquisition, leadership & career development, and HR for mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Resolution Life in 2026, Anna was the Chief People Officer at Capstone Investment Advisors. Prior to that she held senior Human Resources roles at Blackstone, S&P Global, Barclays, Citi, and Enron, working out of Norway, South Africa, UK and US. Throughout her career she has been responsible for all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, leadership and career development, succession planning and HR mergers and acquisitions.

Anna received a BSc in Social Science/Social Work from Lund University, Sweden and an MBA from University of Wales, College of Cardiff, UK.
