Moody’s assigns Baa3 Issuer Rating to RLGH Finance Bermuda, part of Resolution Life; outlook positive

Moody's – London - July 29, 2021: Moody’s Investors Service ("Moody's") has today assigned a Baa3 long-term issuer rating to RLGH Finance Bermuda Ltd. (RLGHF) and an A3 Insurance Financial Strength Rating (IFSR) to Resolution Re Ltd. (Resolution Re), both subsidiaries of Resolution Life Group Holdings Ltd (RLGH), a Bermuda domiciled inforce life insurance management group, with additional operating subsidiaries in the United States, Australia and New Zealand, collectively referred to as (Resolution Life, or the Group). The outlook for RLGHF is positive while the outlook for Resolution Re is stable.
