RBNZ approval of the sale of AMP Life to Resolution Life is the last regulatory approval required towards the closure of the acquisition of AMP Life.
Since 2003 prior Resolution entities have served the needs of over 10 million policyholders globally. Delivering policyholders benefits over the long term is an important feature of our business model. We are delighted to have worked constructively with RBNZ and AMP Limited throughout this process to find ways in which we can bring Resolution Life’s best practice to the New Zealand in-force market.
Resolution Life New Zealand’s board will be chaired by Anne Blackburn.
