Chief Investment Officer

Andrew Yorks is Chief Investment Officer with Resolution Life US where he is responsible for the overall management of the company’s $30 billion investment portfolio. He is part of Resolution Life’s nine-member leadership squad which is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Resolution Life’s US market and plays an important role with the other platform CIOs in developing the Group’s investment strategy and process.

Andrew has nearly 30 years of experience in investments and was most recently Senior Vice President, Head of Alternatives and Private Debt Strategies at Lincoln Financial Group where he oversaw $18B of private equity, hedge fund and private debt strategies, and 20 manager relationships for Lincoln’s general account. During his tenure he built diversified portfolios within an asset liability driven framework while selecting and monitoring managers to execute investment strategies for a broad array of insurance products. He also led the investment team analysis in Lincoln’s acquisition of Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston.

Prior to Lincoln Financial Group, he held leadership positions at several asset managers including BlackRock and Alliance Capital.

Andrew has an undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University.
